Apparel Designer – Women’s Golf
We’re seeking a highly motivated Apparel Designer to join our Women’s Golf design team. This role reports directly to the Women’s Golf & Tennis Design Director and offers the opportunity to enhance your design skills, deepen your understanding of performance apparel, and contribute to innovative product creation. You will work closely with design leadership, an Expert Designer, and a cross-functional team including product development, merchandising, and business partners.

Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you’ll work cross-functionally across the entire product lifecycle—from concept to final prototype.
Key Responsibilities

Design performance apparel with a focus on innovation, function, and modern aesthetics

Translate seasonal creative direction into compelling product narratives

Collaborate with development, merchandising, and materials teams to ensure design feasibility and timeline alignment

Participate in design reviews and present concepts clearly to cross-functional teams

Monitor prototype development and contribute to fit, fabric, and finish decisions

Stay informed on current and emerging trends in sport, fashion, and culture

Apply a consumer-focused approach grounded in athlete insights and product testing feedback
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

6+ years of professional experience in performance or fashion apparel design

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with 3D tools like CLO is a plus

Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric technologies, and product creation

Ability to interpret insights and market trends into visually compelling concepts

Effective communication and storytelling skills—visually and verbally

Highly collaborative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
