Platform Engineer
Join an elite engineering team building and maintaining a Kubernetes-based observability platform. As a Platform Engineer, you’ll develop innovative technical solutions, optimize large-scale distributed systems, and ensure high availability for enterprise observability tools. This is an opportunity to shape best-in-class platform engineering at scale.
What You’ll Do:

Design and develop solutions for a Kubernetes-based Observability Platform (NOOP).

Build and enhance Kubernetes controllers, Crossplane compositions, and GitOps deployments.

Implement observability, security, and resiliency best practices.

Partner with product teams to ensure platform stability and reliability.

Provide mentorship and rotational support to users of the platform.
What You Bring:

5+ years of professional software development experience.
-
2+ years of experience operating Kubernetes-based solutions in production.

Expertise in cloud computing platforms and large-scale distributed systems.

Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, Datadog, NewRelic, Dynatrace).

Strong understanding of networking protocols and layers.
Preferred: Experience with Grafana, Golang, Crossplane, ArgoCD, and GitOps principles.
