Overview:
Seeking motivated AV Technicians eager to learn and grow. You’ll work under the supervision of a project lead to install audio, video, lighting, and control systems that meet EA and APEx standards. Compensation is based on experience, and the role offers opportunities for skill development and career advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Install AV projects on time and within budget, adhering to industry standards.
- Prioritize safety during all tasks.
- Enhance your expertise in audio, video, and lighting systems.
- Physically capable of performing demanding mechanical work in various environments under tight deadlines.
- Must have reliable transportation, a smartphone, and flexibility to work overtime, travel, and take on evening/weekend shifts.
- Basic understanding of sound, video, lighting, and power systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and a commitment to continuous learning.
Training:
Completion of AV Technologist certification, AVIXA’s Essentials of AV, and Project Management for AV courses is expected.
