Job Title: Business Intelligence (BI) Developer
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design and develop advanced BI applications, data models, and analytics solutions. This role will focus on supporting self-service analytics for Ad Sales and Finance teams within the Media industry. The BI Developer will work closely with Product Management, Data Platforms, and Program Management teams, leveraging SDLC best practices to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop BI solutions using Qlik Sense on Qlik Cloud.
- Build and optimize Qlik data models, scripting, and Set Expressions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and data relationships.
- Create user-friendly dashboards and reports tailored for self-service analytics.
- Utilize Snowflake and SQL to manage and analyze data.
- Apply data governance, security, and compliance practices in BI solutions.
- Present insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Qlik Sense development and automation using Qlik CLI.
- Familiarity with other BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or MicroStrategy).
- Strong understanding of Ad Sales and Finance workflows in the Media industry.
- Hands-on experience with SDLC best practices in analytics and BI development.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
