Brand Marketing Lead (9-Month Contract)
Location: Beaverton – Hybrid
We’re seeking a Brand Marketing Lead for a 9-month contract to join our Global Brand Management team. This role will focus on driving the strategy and execution of global marketing initiatives, with an emphasis on marketplace amplification of seasonal and always-on campaigns.

What You’ll Work On
As the Brand Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for bringing seasonal brand campaigns to life with a consumer-first mindset. You’ll lead integrated planning, drive cohesive storytelling, and ensure seamless execution across teams and channels.
Key responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of seasonal marketing strategies

Collaborate across product, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure strong alignment

Translate insights into meaningful brand moments that connect with target audiences

Oversee asset development and ensure consistent storytelling across all touchpoints

Support campaign planning and execution from concept through launch

Drive communication and alignment across internal teams and external agency partners
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll report to the Global Brand Director and work across various internal teams including Product, Merchandising, Digital, Creative, Retail, Sports Marketing, and Integrated Media. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong partnership-building and clear communication across global and regional teams. You’ll also manage key external agency relationships to bring concepts to life.
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience

5+ years in consumer marketing, retail, or digital brand marketing

Strategic thinker with strong creative and operational instincts

Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in storytelling, project management, and cross-functional leadership
