We are seeking a Change Management team member within our Global Technology Management Office to support transformative efforts. This change manager will be responsible for delivering and implementing change management strategies for projects impacting Global Technology teams.

As a Change Manager, you will drive change management activities, collaborating closely with program teams, project managers, product managers, and scrum leads to manage dependencies and constraints. You’ll leverage your expertise to address portfolio operations, stakeholder issues, and organizational challenges, contributing to our digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess stakeholder readiness for change and develop a compelling business case.
  • Apply change management principles and methodologies to medium- to large-scale global initiatives, considering stakeholder perspectives and potential resistance.
  • Develop and deploy training materials to create momentum, raise awareness, and reduce business disruption.
  • Design and execute communication plans for specific initiatives to foster stakeholder engagement, increase adoption, and minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain a proactive communication approach, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned with project objectives.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of SCRUM, including facilitating planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and removing blockers for the team.
  • Adapt change plans to evolving leadership directives, operational challenges, and technology priorities.
  • Make strategic decisions within policy constraints that support organizational culture and image.

Who You Will Work With:

You’ll engage with stakeholders, sponsors, and various teams, as well as strategic partners across the organization, to define, build, and implement effective transition management strategies for key initiatives.

This role involves supporting the GTMO team in rolling out capability-building processes within Global Technology, including initiative intake, change control, portfolio management, and AOP alignment. The Change Manager will collaborate across business operations, business intelligence, agile and product excellence, and change and portfolio management to ensure successful cross-functional adoption of new processes that accelerate Global Technology’s deliverables.
