Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Crestron Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming and configuring Crestron systems for both residential and commercial projects, playing a critical role in developing and implementing custom automation solutions that meet clients’ unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, program, and implement Crestron control systems for various applications, including audio, video, lighting, and environmental controls.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with existing Crestron systems.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance meet project specifications.
  • Provide on-site support during installation and commissioning phases, ensuring smooth transitions and user satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for programming, system configurations, and user guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Crestron technologies and industry trends to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience with Crestron programming and control systems (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SIMPL, SIMPL+, and/or C#.
  • Strong understanding of AV systems, networking, and home automation technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Crestron certification (e.g., Crestron Certified Programmer) is a plus.
