Seeking a strategic, adaptable professional to support one of two SVPs (each leading ~300–350 engineers) in a role similar to Chief of Staff. This hybrid position (3–4 days onsite) focuses on cross-functional coordination, execution, and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SVP priorities and ensure alignment across engineering, finance, PMO, and other teams
- Drive execution on key initiatives and follow-through on actions
- Create executive-level presentations, delivery/org charts, and operational materials
- Fill cross-functional gaps to keep projects on track and leadership informed
- Surface issues, resolve blockers, and maintain accountability
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal direction
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy, or BizOps roles in tech
- Strong Airtable skills—used daily for workflow and visibility
- Highly organized, self-directed, and action-oriented
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across all levels
