Digital Program Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead critical initiatives focused on optimizing cloud costs, platform migrations, and planning for the next fiscal year. This role requires strong communication, organization, and project management skills, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and track plans to optimize cloud costs and migrate backend services to a new platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define priorities and deliverables.
• Build and maintain dashboards in JIRA to provide project insights and progress tracking.
• Create compelling presentations using Keynote or PowerPoint to communicate plans and updates.
• Establish relationships with senior executives and provide clear, empathetic communication.
• Support fiscal year planning by organizing inputs and aligning teams on strategy.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of program management experience; PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience working with JIRA dashboards; technical knowledge of cloud software or backend services preferred.
• Proficiency in Keynote or PowerPoint for presentation creation.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, build relationships, and work collaboratively across teams.
