Director, Local Growth Markets
We’re looking for a Director of Local Market Growth to lead the launch of new markets and create the local demand engine that drives early success. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys blending strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, private equity-backed organization.
What You’ll Do:
? Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new market launches
? Build localized marketing campaigns that generate awareness and demand
? Develop and scale grassroots marketing initiatives, community partnerships, and referral programs
? Oversee door-to-door canvassing strategy, field teams, and performance metrics
? Execute high-impact events, sponsorships, and experiential marketing programs
? Build relationships with local media and community organizations to increase brand awareness
? Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Brand Marketing, and Performance Marketing to ensure successful market expansion
What We’re Looking For:
?? 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, field marketing, market expansion, or go-to-market leadership
?? Proven success launching or scaling businesses in new geographic markets
?? Experience with grassroots marketing, events, partnerships, referral programs, and local demand generation
?? Background in home services, consumer services, retail, or other multi-location businesses is a plus
?? Strong project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
?? A builder’s mindset with the ability to create scalable programs from scratch
