Date Added: 07/15/2026
We are seeking a Rehash Manager to build and lead a re-engagement function from the ground up. This role is responsible for reactivating previous leads and unsold opportunities—customers who completed an appointment or received an estimate but did not move forward—to bring them back into the sales pipeline.
This is a true builder role. You will design the process, create scripts, establish reporting, and personally execute re-engagement efforts while laying the foundation for a scalable department. Re-engagement is conducted primarily by phone from the Dallas office, with qualified appointments handed off to Field Sales Managers. As the program grows, you’ll recruit, train, and lead a team of rehash specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Build & Launch the Rehash Function
- Design and implement the re-engagement program from the ground up.
- Define lead qualification criteria, outreach cadence (phone, text, email), and appointment standards.
- Develop phone scripts, objection-handling guides, and sales talk tracks.
- Establish processes for identifying, prioritizing, and managing re-engagement opportunities within the CRM.
- Build workflows that seamlessly transfer qualified appointments to Field Sales Managers.
- Create KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure contact rates, appointment set rates, close rates, and revenue generated.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation, and training materials to support future team growth.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Call Center leadership to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
Lead Re-Engagement Efforts
- Personally contact previous prospects and unsold customers by phone to generate new sales opportunities.
- Re-engage dormant leads through consistent, professional follow-up across multiple communication channels.
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, documenting all customer interactions, outcomes, and appointments.
- Meet individual performance goals for outbound contacts, appointments set, and revenue generated.
Build & Lead the Team
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of re-engagement specialists as the department expands.
- Establish performance expectations, coaching processes, and accountability metrics.
- Monitor team performance and continuously optimize scripts, workflows, and best practices based on conversion data.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.
Qualifications
Required
- Proven success in inside sales, outbound phone sales, or appointment-setting, preferably in home services or another high-volume, direct-to-consumer sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build new processes, playbooks, reporting, and operational workflows from scratch.
- Strong phone sales skills with a proven ability to overcome objections and convert dormant opportunities into appointments.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads, prioritize opportunities, and track sales activity.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Preferred
- Experience building or leading a customer reactivation, retention, or re-engagement program.
- Leadership experience managing or coaching inside sales or appointment-setting teams.
- Experience supporting high-ticket, in-home sales or consultative sales organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience creating sales dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting.
