Enablement Operations Specialist

The Enablement Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the systems, tools, and processes that support sales readiness and learning are accurate, current, and running efficiently. This role owns the operational foundation behind enablement delivery—content systems, onboarding workflows, and tool administration—so sales teams can operate with clarity, confidence, and consistency.

Working closely with Enablement Content partners and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual ensures all sales-facing materials are easy to find, up to date, and aligned with evolving product and go-to-market strategies. They coordinate new-hire onboarding, manage enablement tool access and permissions, and track completion of required trainings tied to new tools, product launches, or strategic updates. The role also contributes operational insights to improve content discoverability and maintenance, including collaboration with engineering or AI-focused teams (without owning technical implementation).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and govern the sales enablement content management system, identifying outdated materials, coordinating updates, and retiring legacy content

  • Administer enablement tools, including license provisioning, access management, usage tracking, feedback collection, and learning path enrollment

  • Track and monitor completion of required training programs, partnering with sales leaders and enablement stakeholders to ensure accountability

  • Conduct regular audits of user access across enablement platforms, managing deprovisioning and permission updates in collaboration with system administrators

  • Partner with Revenue Operations, IT, Sales Systems, and other teams to ensure enablement tools are properly configured and supported

  • Provide operational insights to engineering or AI teams to improve content discoverability, tagging, and search experience

  • Document enablement operations processes and contribute to continuous improvement across the enablement technology stack

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales support, or a related go-to-market function

  • Experience administering internal tools such as content management systems, onboarding platforms, or learning systems

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple systems and timelines

  • High attention to detail with a bias toward action and operational excellence

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving tasks to completion with multiple stakeholders

  • Familiarity with SaaS sales environments and common GTM tools (e.g., CRM, LMS, productivity platforms)

  • Ability to thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment

  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on incremental gains

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting onboarding or enablement operations at scale

  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms such as Highspot, Guru, or Seismic

  • Understanding of user provisioning and permission management

  • Exposure to partnering with technical teams or contributing to automation and AI-driven process improvements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Organizational Development, or a related field
