Desktop Engineer / Endpoint Administrator
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.

5+ years of experience in Information Technology supporting enterprise desktop environments.

CompTIA Security+ (or similar certification), or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), or higher-level certifications preferred.

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, and peripheral support, including Dell workstations and related technologies.

Experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune.

Proficiency with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting and automation tools.

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including troubleshooting connectivity and endpoint-related issues.

Experience researching emerging technologies and recommending innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing large-scale endpoint deployments and lifecycle management.

Familiarity with enterprise security best practices, endpoint compliance, and device management strategies.

Experience supporting hybrid and cloud-first environments.
