Full Stack Software Engineer (MERN / Data Applications)
Join a highly collaborative engineering team focused on building innovative solutions to solve complex business and operational challenges. This team develops tools that drive visibility, efficiency, and strategic alignment across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including roadmap and capacity planning.
This role is ideal for an engineer passionate about data-driven decision-making, federated data systems, and improving engineering workflows through scalable applications.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, test, and deploy full-stack applications supporting roadmap and capacity planning
- Develop scalable solutions using Node.js, React, MongoDB, and GraphQL
- Integrate with tools like Airtable and Smartsheet to streamline business workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Prototype, test, and validate new ideas with stakeholders and end users
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and enforce best practices (testing, linting, automation)
- Review code and ensure alignment with system architecture and data design
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience building data-driven applications (MERN stack or similar)
- Strong React experience, including charting/data visualization libraries
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL (including custom resolvers)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and collaborative development workflows
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, GitHub, Terraform, Datadog, New Relic, Jenkins, or similar
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LLM prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and Neo4j graph databases
- Exposure to SDLC tooling, planning systems, or engineering analytics platforms
- Certifications in MongoDB, GraphQL, AWS, or CI/CD technologies
