Graphic Designer
You will work closely with cross-functional Basketball leadership and your product management, development, and materials partners to elevate graphic design across performance and lifestyle apparel and footwear collections. Reporting to the Design Director, you will collaborate with internal design teams as well as professional athletes, artists, and external creative partners to bring compelling product stories to life.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant graphic, product, or apparel design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating research, concept development, creative process, storytelling, problem-solving, and final execution across multiple projects.
• Experience designing for and engaging with diverse consumer and athlete audiences.
• Proven ability to contribute to research, insights gathering, and product storytelling initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and successfully navigate ambiguous or evolving project requirements.
• Experience managing multiple priorities across both short-term deliverables and long-range strategic initiatives.
• Strong self-awareness and ability to articulate strengths, growth opportunities, and project learnings.
• Deep understanding of sports, culture, fashion, and graphic design trends.
• Knowledge of product creation processes from ideation through final execution, balancing innovation, performance, and style.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with AI-driven design tools and 3D design software is a plus.
• Strong visualization, conceptual thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Growth mindset with a passion for learning, development, and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including presenting concepts to senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, brand identity systems, graphic production, and visual storytelling.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Passion for storytelling and the ability to translate narratives into compelling visual experiences across apparel, footwear, and consumer products.
