IT Project Manager
IT PMO Project Manager
We’re looking for an experienced IT PMO Project Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives and ensure successful delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and compliance expectations. This role will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to bring structure, transparency, and strong governance to large cross-functional projects and programs.
What You’ll Be Doing

Manage large, complex IT projects and assigned programs from planning through delivery

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk registers

Track progress, dependencies, resources, financial performance, risks, and issues

Lead cross-functional, matrixed teams and coordinate delivery commitments

Facilitate stakeholder communication, governance reviews, and decision-making forums

Provide clear status reporting, risk visibility, and recommendations to sponsors and leadership

Ensure project documentation and deliverables remain complete, compliant, and audit-ready

Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and post-project reviews
What We’re Looking For
-
6+ years of IT Project Management or related program leadership experience

Proven success managing complex, cross-functional enterprise technology projects

Strong project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and execution skills
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
-
Experience working within established PMO methodologies and governance standards

Ability to proactively resolve issues and keep projects moving forward

PMP certification or equivalent strongly preferred

Healthcare, medical device, biotech, or other regulated-industry experience preferred
Additional Details

Planned work hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time

Nights and weekends may occasionally be required for deployments and project delivery

Up to 15% domestic and/or international travel
