Overview
Hiring a hands-on Full Stack Lead Engineer with strong React and Java (Spring Boot) experience to build scalable, microservices-based applications in an event-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead full stack development (React + Java)
• Design scalable microservices architectures
• Build event-driven systems (Kafka)
• Drive system design, architecture, and code reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• 7+ years software engineering experience
• Strong React.js and Java (Spring/Spring Boot) skills
• Microservices and event-driven architecture (Kafka)
• Proven system design and full stack expertise

• Financial services or regulated environment experience
• Kubernetes, OpenShift, or cloud-native exposure
• CI/CD and DevOps experience
