- Lead and be the Product Owner for the current 3 person data team
- 65% Player and 35% coach
- Eventually lead to people management (an interest in this is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience; 3+ years in a data leadership role
MICROSOFT SHOP — ensure data quality, oversee data pipeline development, integrate new technologies, and collaborate with stakeholders to align data solutions with business needs, drive data initiatives and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Tech
- SQL databases, PL/SQL, SQL Developer and other reporting tools
- PowerBI, Tableau
- Data architecture, data modeling and ETL processes
- Data Platform development in a cloud environment
- Data Lake and Data Warehousing concepts (Redshift, Snowflake, Big Query)
- Open to AWS or GCP but Azure is desired (Data Factory, Fabric, etc.)
- Interest in ML and AI concepts
- Ability to work with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
