Marketing Business Operations – Role Summary
As part of the Marketing Business Operations team, you will drive improvements in tools and processes to help marketing and cross-functional partners achieve quarterly and annual goals. Partnering closely with senior leadership and the Integrated Campaigns & Customer (IC&C) team, you will align workflows with broader planning efforts, support operational efficiency, and implement process improvements to optimize team performance.
You’ll manage the setup and optimization of program management tools, mainly Jira, including dashboards, automations, and team boards to keep work prioritized and on track. You will also maintain IC&C’s planning processes, manage cross-functional activations, and enhance reporting and budget documentation. Your work will directly impact the marketing team’s ability to meet business goals efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:

Experience proposing process changes to Senior Director and VP-level leadership

Ability to gather and analyze data to support decisions

2–4 years of experience setting up workflows and integrations with Jira (preferred) or similar tools

Strong background in documenting and enabling marketing operations processes

Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels

Comfort working in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities:

Recommend and implement marketing process improvements
