Marketing Manager, Insights and Analystics
Our client is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager, Insights and Analytics onsite in Dallas.
The Marketing Manager, Insights & Analytics will lead the collection, analysis, and visualization of marketing, sales, and customer data to drive strategic decision-making across Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Customer Experience. The role will provide actionable insights and influence company-wide strategies to enhance customer experience and business growth, ensuring that data-driven insights lead to better business decisions and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the collection, integration, and reporting of marketing, sales, and customer experience data.
- Build dashboards and reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Provide regular reports on customer trends, market shifts, and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct market research, including Voice of the Customer (VOC) programs, competitor benchmarking, and ad-hoc research.
- Advocate for customer-centric decision-making and present data-driven recommendations.
- Develop customer segmentation models to improve targeting, personalized marketing, and engagement.
- Manage customer sentiment platforms and work with teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to act on insights and enhance data capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in insights, analytics, or market research.
- Experience with multi-brand organizations or franchise models preferred.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, etc.).
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and consumer behavior analysis.
- Experience with survey platforms, customer sentiment tools, and VOC programs.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively.
