Reporting & Insights Analyst 

Responsibilities

  • Produce recurring sponsor-facing performance reports on educational activities; meet a defined monthly/quarterly reporting calendar.

  • Own ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests; drive internal process improvements.

  • Work independently, prioritize multiple requests, and execute in a dynamic environment.

  • Maintain and enhance reporting templates; build in Tableau and Excel (pivots), and create executive-ready PowerPoint decks.

  • Provide insights and custom metrics that demonstrate impact and support sales renewals.

  • QA all reports using existing validation tools; partner with QA to resolve defects before delivery.

  • Spot opportunities to improve dashboards; collaborate with Data & Analytics and Product to ship enhancements.

  • Ensure consistent messaging/branding across the business unit and products.

  • Partner with Sales and Outcomes/Insights teams to translate supporter requirements into clear reporting plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Information Systems, or related) or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years in data analysis and/or client reporting.

  • Demonstrated experience with Tableau Desktop & Server.

  • Advanced Excel (pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts) and strong PowerPoint.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented; excellent organization and time management.

  • Comfortable handling a high-volume workload in a fast-changing environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and clear written/verbal communication across time zones.

  • SQL experience and familiarity with big-data environments (e.g., Vertica) a plus.

  • Experience with reporting/web analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, OBIEE, Cognos, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) strongly preferred.

  • Prior sales-support experience communicating data-driven insights is preferred.

  • Creative problem-solver who leverages existing resources effectively.
