Reporting & Insights Analyst
Responsibilities

Produce recurring sponsor-facing performance reports on educational activities; meet a defined monthly/quarterly reporting calendar.

Own ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests; drive internal process improvements.

Work independently, prioritize multiple requests, and execute in a dynamic environment.

Maintain and enhance reporting templates; build in Tableau and Excel (pivots), and create executive-ready PowerPoint decks.

Provide insights and custom metrics that demonstrate impact and support sales renewals.

QA all reports using existing validation tools; partner with QA to resolve defects before delivery.

Spot opportunities to improve dashboards; collaborate with Data & Analytics and Product to ship enhancements.

Ensure consistent messaging/branding across the business unit and products.

Partner with Sales and Outcomes/Insights teams to translate supporter requirements into clear reporting plans.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Information Systems, or related) or equivalent experience.

2+ years in data analysis and/or client reporting.

Demonstrated experience with Tableau Desktop & Server.

Advanced Excel (pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts) and strong PowerPoint.

Proactive, detail-oriented; excellent organization and time management.

Comfortable handling a high-volume workload in a fast-changing environment.

Strong analytical skills and clear written/verbal communication across time zones.

SQL experience and familiarity with big-data environments (e.g., Vertica) a plus.

Experience with reporting/web analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, OBIEE, Cognos, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) strongly preferred.

Prior sales-support experience communicating data-driven insights is preferred.
