Program Manager – 7 Month Contract – Hybrid, Portland Oregon
Summary:
Seeking a Technology Program Manager to lead project teams for large-scale technology initiatives, with a focus on CMS management and Agile practices. Work with cross-functional, onshore, and offshore teams to ensure projects stay on track and aligned.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CMS across enterprise programs; lead Agile sprint planning
- Develop project plans, timelines, and allocate resources
- Coordinate with translation teams and offshore engineering
- Mitigate risks and ensure stakeholder alignment
Requirements:
- Experience in program management in matrix organizations
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication and flexibility across time zones
- Familiarity with generative AI
