Mainz Brady Group is seeking a GTM Program Manager to align Marketing and Sales for effective top-of-funnel strategies. You’ll lead lead-generation initiatives, ensure seller readiness, and create feedback loops to optimize campaigns and pipeline quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive GTM execution for product launches, campaigns, and messaging.
- Break complex programs into clear, actionable workstreams with defined outcomes.
- Manage launch readiness, ensuring sales enablement and lead hand-off.
- Translate field feedback into product and marketing improvements.
- Partner with MarketingOps/RevOps on lead routing, scoring, and campaign alignment.
- Develop SOPs and toolkits for repeatable, high-impact launches.
- 5–7 years in GTM operations, sales programs, or program management (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Skilled in cross-functional project management and strategic planning.
- Strong communicator with experience in Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, or Outreach.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to influence without authority.
