 Senior Salesforce Developer – 6 Months Contract to Hire – W2 only, No C2C

Mainz Brady Group is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, LWC, Java, and SQL to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. This role focuses on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
  • Configure objects, flows, validation rules, and security settings.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Talend, and Java.
  • Optimize data models, manage migrations, and ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain version control with Git (Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and troubleshoot production issues.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 10+ years in software development, 5+ years in Salesforce development.
  • Skills: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Java, SQL, Git (Bitbucket), VS Code, Eclipse.
  • Integration: Experience with AS/400 DB2, RPG/ILE, Talend, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (required), Admin certifications (preferred).
Preferred:
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Gearset, Jenkins, or GitLab.
  • Knowledge of Agentforce and AI-driven Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
