We’re seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile development teams on-site in Beaverton, Oregon. This is a contract position where you’ll drive team collaboration, eliminate roadblocks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ideal for someone who’s passionate about Agile and thrives in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Program Manager

Strong facilitation of Agile ceremonies and cross-functional team collaboration

Proven track record of identifying and resolving team impediments

Skilled in Agile metrics, reporting, and stakeholder alignment

Ability to coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement practices
