Senior BSA – Healthcare Data & Snowflake | Remote

We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support system/data analysis, semantic layer, and data agent development. This is a fully remote, long-term contract.

Requirements:

  • Strong healthcare payer experience: claims, membership/enrollment, provider & premiums
  • Strong understanding of PMPM, utilization, member months, IBNR, trend & risk adjustment
  • Advanced SQL + Snowflake
  • Experience building/modeling semantic views/layers
  • Strong data profiling, validation & business logic analysis
  • Experience with Snowflake Cortex Analyst/Agent or similar data agents preferred
  • Strong communication and ability to work independently
