Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data QA Engineer / SQL Test Lead to support testing and quality assurance for enterprise data products and complex data transformations within a collaborative Agile environment.

This individual will serve as a QA Lead across multiple development squads, ensuring data is accurately loaded into target tables according to source-to-target mapping specifications and business requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced hands-on SQL expertise, strong data validation experience, and the ability to independently lead testing initiatives, coordinate offshore QA resources, and manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA testing activities across multiple data engineering and development squads.

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for complex data products and transformations.

• Validate source-to-target data loads against mapping specifications, business rules, and acceptance criteria.

• Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to verify data accuracy, completeness
