Mainz Brady Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop AI-driven tools, custom Slackbots, and scalable AWS infrastructure. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver automation and cloud solutions that enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy AI/ML models to streamline workflows
- Develop custom Slackbots integrated with internal systems
- Design and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.)
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and DevOps teams
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure tasks
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient code delivery
- Troubleshoot and optimize systems for performance and reliability
- Research emerging tools in Python, AI, and cloud services
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years in Python, AI/ML development, and AWS infrastructure
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Flask, Django
- Proven Slackbot development using Slack APIs
- Familiar with Databricks, ServiceNow, Workday integrations
- Skilled in automation, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in Agile environments
