Take ownership of an underutilized SharePoint environment and drive modernization across the organization, ensuring consistency, collaboration, and better adoption of M365 tools.

Top Skills Needed:

  • Deep expertise in SharePoint administration and configuration (more than general M365 support)

  • Hands-on experience with M365 and Intune

  • Ability to assess current state, implement best practices, and improve adoption across departments

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 7–8 years of experience in SharePoint/M365 environments

  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a less structured, evolving organization

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver solutions without micromanagement
