Sr Product Designer
Senior Product Designer, Growth & Monetization
This role focuses on crafting excellent customer experiences to help people organize and interact with their content. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to design seamless end-to-end journeys that touch nearly every aspect of the product experience.
You’ll partner with the Growth Product & Design Lead to execute the roadmap for user onboarding. You’ll report to a Design Manager, while day-to-day priorities and guidance will come from the Growth Design Lead.
Responsibilities

Partner with PM and User Research to define, test, iterate, and oversee in-product monetization experiences, including:

Free and paid plan flows

In-product tracking of feature usage

Upgrade and downgrade experiences

Collaborate with GTM and Content Design on all communications related to free and paid experiences.

Work closely with Engineering to understand constraints and ensure feasibility.

Partner with other product designers to define visual systems for monetization that align with the overall design system across platforms.

Collaborate with product and design partners on pricing pages, checkout flows, and account management, leveraging existing patterns and systems.

Partner with brand teams to deliver usable, feasible pricing and plans that align with brand guidelines.

Deliver onboarding experiences that meet a high bar for quality and design excellence.
Requirements

14+ years of UX-related work experience.

Clear, compelling presentation and communication skills.

Deep empathy for users and genuine curiosity about their needs and problems.

Excellent interaction and product design skills, including proficiency with prototyping.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across design, research, product, engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
