Senior Systems Engineer
Five Days Onsite, Everett, WA
Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design, support, security, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure across both corporate and manufacturing environments. This role is highly hands-on and will serve as the primary escalation point for complex systems and security issues while supporting modern cloud, endpoint, and security technologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Support endpoint management platforms including SCCM and Intune
- Design and support Azure cloud infrastructure and automation efforts using PowerShell
- Manage VMware environments, backups, and disaster recovery solutions
- Support XDR/SIEM security monitoring tools including Defender, CrowdStrike, Sentinel, and Splunk
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, systems, and security incidents
- Maintain documentation, standards, and compliance requirements (CMMC/NIST)
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of Systems Engineering experience
- Strong experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server
- Experience with SCCM, Intune, VMware, and backup solutions
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience
- Experience with XDR/SIEM tools and security monitoring
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in enterprise or regulated environments preferred
