Sr. Technical Program Manager
Technical Program Manager – 18 Month Contract – Hybrid, Seattle, NYC, or Glendale California
Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive execution and delivery for high-impact media player initiatives. In this role, you’ll collaborate with engineering and product teams to define roadmaps, lead cross-functional planning, and ensure successful feature launches. Based in Seattle (preferred) with flexibility for NYC or Santa Monica/Glendale, this hybrid role requires 3–4 days per week onsite.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project/Program Management, driving delivery of complex software products
- Expertise in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience running sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and contribute to architecture and system design discussions
- Proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives and manage dependencies in geographically distributed environments
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and stakeholder alignment
