Minimum of 3+ years of related IT experience

Role Overview:

This role will report to a manager of Delivery & Operational Intelligence within the Platform Software Engineering team. The Senior Delivery & Operational Intelligence Analyst will drive initiatives to support strategic growth and improve operational efficiency globally. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential. Candidates should be resourceful, customer-service-oriented, and able to prioritize in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between senior leaders for ongoing strategic operations.

  • Standardize workflows and onboarding practices.

  • Ensure leadership deliverables align with strategic objectives across engineering platforms.

  • Develop internal communication hierarchies and templates for procedural clarity.

  • Provide data-driven insights to track the health of services, deployments, and releases.

  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to build systems and improve delivery efficiency.

  • Act as an advisor on strategy and planning, executing action plans as needed.

  • Facilitate agile problem-solving sessions to promote innovation.

  • Develop and manage onboarding practices to ensure seamless deployment.

  • Plan and manage leadership communications, all-hands events, and off-sites.
