Sr. Systems Administrator

Senior Systems Administrator – 6 Month Contract – Onsite, Everett Washington

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to manage IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance. This onsite role involves server management, cloud solutions, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

Administer Active Directory (AD), SSO, and MFA systems.
Manage servers, networks, storage, and databases (Windows, Linux, VMware).
Implement monitoring, disaster recovery, and security policies.
Provide tier 3/4 support and mentor junior staff.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards (CMMC, ITAR, NIST).
Automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash.
Participate in upgrades and IT projects.

Qualifications:

7+ years in systems administration (regulated environments preferred).
Expertise in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure, GCC High).
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance
Certifications preferred: MCSE, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Security+.
