The Enterprise Analyst partners with business and technology leaders to define, analyze, and manage enterprise requirements for large, complex initiatives. This role drives clarity from concept through delivery, ensuring solutions align with business goals, standards, and cross-functional needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project concept and discovery phases, defining vision, scope, stakeholders, and high-level requirements
Elicit, document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Ensure requirements are clear, complete, traceable, and aligned to enterprise standards
Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and technical teams to deliver unified solutions
Provide coaching and mentorship to analysts and business SMEs on requirements practices
Improve analysis methodologies, tools, and cross-functional processes
Facilitate communication across business, PMO, and IT partners
Manage requirements traceability, change control, and validation through delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise or business analysis
Strong experience with requirements gathering, business process modeling, and SDLC (iterative/agile)
Proven success on large-scale, complex system or integration initiatives
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder facilitation skills
Experience mentoring analysts and leading cross-functional teams
Familiarity with testing practices, data management, and systems analysis
