Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications that solve real business challenges. This role combines hands-on software engineering with AI solution development, automation, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is a strong developer who can partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
• Build scalable, maintainable software using modern development frameworks and engineering best practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts, solution options, and implementation plans to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions on schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered applications and solutions.
• Strong software development experience using modern programming languages, frameworks, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Proven experience delivering automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite at least two days per week.
• Must be locally based or able to reliably support the onsite work requirement.
