Apparel Developer

Apparel Developer – 12 Month Contract – Hybrid, Beaverton Oregon

We are seeking a Technical Apparel Developer with 3-5 years of experience in cut & sew, knits, and woven sportswear. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, an active listener, and a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in developing high-quality products by managing styles, creating detailed tech packs, and ensuring on-time production.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in apparel development, specifically cut & sew, knits, and woven sportswear.
• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design, Pattern Making, Textile Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of the apparel development process, including construction, costing, and manufacturing techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, MS Office, and CAD Pattern Design software. Experience with Optitex, Browzwear, VStitcher, Lotta, or CLO is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Create and update Tech Packs with measurements, construction details, and graphic placements.
• Lead proto review sessions, write comments, and track sample progress.
• Work cross-functionally with Design, Product Management, PCC partners, Materials, Color, and Product Integrity teams to bring products to life.
• Provide technical expertise and mentor other team members.
• Ensure all styles meet production timelines and quality standards.
