Context Engineer (AI / Knowledge Systems)
About the Role
Mainz Brady Group is seeking a Context Engineer to design and manage how information is structured, governed, and delivered into AI systems. This role will support an AI-driven learning environment, ensuring the right information is surfaced at the right time to drive accurate, reliable outputs.
- Design and optimize information architecture and context pipelines for AI systems
- Develop and refine prompts to improve AI accuracy and consistency
- Implement RAG, embeddings, and vector-based search solutions
- Manage knowledge bases and content governance frameworks
- Automate workflows using AI tools, APIs, and scripting
- Evaluate AI outputs and continuously improve performance
- 5+ years in knowledge management, AI/data workflows, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and prompt design
- Strong understanding of information architecture and data structuring for AI
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, or vector search
- Experience with knowledge platforms (Confluence, Notion, SharePoint)
- Scripting/automation experience (Python or similar)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with AI-driven learning or training platforms
- Familiarity with LLM behavior and prompt orchestration
