Global Store Concept Program Manager – 12 Month Contract – Hybrid, Portland Oregon – W2 ONLY

Seeking a strategic and solutions-driven Program Manager to lead concept development for key store openings, including major global locations, and global tiering strategy projects. This role will oversee the entire process from planning to execution, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Concept Development process for major store openings and tiering strategy initiatives.
  • Oversee workback schedules, key dates, and milestones using Smartsheet and AirTable.
  • Act as the source of truth for project status, providing updates and managing cross-functional deliverables.
  • Proactively identify risks, communicate updates, and track progress to leadership.
  • Lead meetings, facilitate strategy sessions, and ensure alignment across teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail program management or operations, with experience in store marketing, design, or buildouts.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills in cross-functional settings.
  • Proficient in Smartsheet, AirTable, and presentation tools.
  • Knowledge of store construction, design, and vendor coordination.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
