UIPath Automation Lead (Contract)

Mainz Brady Group is seeking a UIPath Automation Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership for an automation team supporting lending and loan processing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation development efforts across large-scale lending and loan workflows.
• Design, build, review, and support UIPath automation solutions.
• Guide the team’s transition to modern UIPath architecture and automation frameworks.
• Coordinate integrations between lending platforms, core banking systems, and automated processes.
• Provide technical mentorship, delivery oversight, and day-to-day leadership.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on UIPath development experience.
• Experience with UIPath Orchestrator and Modern Folder architecture.
• Background in financial services automation, preferably lending, loan origination, servicing, or decisioning workflows.
• Ability to step into a leadership role with minimal ramp-up time.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently.

Preferred

• Credit union or community banking experience.
• Experience leading automation teams and governance initiatives.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations and process optimization.
