Junior Project Manager
Junior Project Manager – Hybrid, Portland Oregon – 12 Month Contract – W2 ONLY, NO C2C
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our global retail client in their retail concepts team. The role involves project planning, documentation, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure seasonal go-to-market milestones are met.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage priority projects.
- Develop and document project briefs.
- Maintain project timelines and team deliverables.
- Schedule, moderate, and recap meetings.
- Provide regular project status reports.
- Maintain the branded environments database.
- Manage project folder structures and content.
- Support presentation content and documentation.
- Document team operating procedures.
- Assist in planning team meetings and activities.
Requirements:
- Working in a matrixed organization.
- 3-5 years of experience as a project manager or project coordinator.
- Extensive project management and documentation.
- Effective problem-solving and risk management.
- Building complex project schedules.
- Moderating cross-functional meetings.
- Organizing extensive data.
