Junior Project Manager

Junior Project Manager – Hybrid, Portland Oregon – 12 Month Contract – W2 ONLY, NO C2C

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our global retail client in their retail concepts team. The role involves project planning, documentation, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure seasonal go-to-market milestones are met.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage priority projects.
• Develop and document project briefs.
• Maintain project timelines and team deliverables.
• Schedule, moderate, and recap meetings.
• Provide regular project status reports.
• Maintain the branded environments database.
• Manage project folder structures and content.
• Support presentation content and documentation.
• Document team operating procedures.
• Assist in planning team meetings and activities.

Requirements:

• Working in a matrixed organization.
• 3-5 years of experience as a project manager or project coordinator.
• Extensive project management and documentation.
• Effective problem-solving and risk management.
• Building complex project schedules.
• Moderating cross-functional meetings.
• Organizing extensive data.
