Manufacturing / Process Engineer – Caledonia, Michigan

We are seeking a Manufacturing / Process Engineer to lead new product introductions, improve manufacturing processes, and provide technical support throughout the production lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead NPI and implementation of new manufacturing processes.
  • Improve productivity, quality, labor efficiency, and material costs.
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement techniques.
  • Troubleshoot production and process issues and implement solutions.
  • Identify and reduce ergonomic and workplace risks.
  • Lead process, equipment, and technology improvement projects.
  • Evaluate and integrate new manufacturing technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent education.
  • Strong manufacturing/process engineering and analytical skills.
  • Lean Manufacturing and project leadership experience.
  • Strong Excel skills; Access experience preferred.
