Test Engineer / Test Lead – AI-Powered Hardware Systems

Help test the complete hardware and software ecosystem behind an AI-powered manufacturing platform. You’ll work hands-on with cameras, sensors, electronics, edge devices and industrial equipment—recreating real customer scenarios and finding issues before systems reach the manufacturing floor.

Top 3 Technical Skills

• System-Level Testing: Experience conducting functional, integration, regression, qualification and reliability testing across complex electronic or electromechanical systems.
• Hardware Bring-Up and Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose problems spanning hardware, firmware, software, networking, cameras, sensors and connected devices using standard lab equipment.
• Test Planning and Documentation: Experience developing structured test plans, documenting defects and failure modes, and collaborating with engineering teams on root-cause analysis. Test Lead candidates should also have experience establishing testing processes and leading other testers.
