PeopleSoft Systems Administrator / Developer

We’re seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Systems Administrator / Developer to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise PeopleSoft environments. This role is responsible for system administration, application development, integrations, upgrades, performance tuning, and production support across multiple PeopleSoft environments. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2, PeopleTools, Oracle technologies, and enterprise system administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support the PeopleSoft application stack, including PeopleTools, WebLogic, Oracle Database, Tuxedo, and Integration Broker.
  • Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain multiple PeopleSoft environments.
  • Develop and customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher, and related tools.
  • Support environment refreshes, migrations, system integrations, and production deployments.
  • Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and performance issues across development, test, and production environments.
  • Configure application servers, process schedulers, web servers, clustering, load balancing, and failover.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, database, networking, and application teams to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Support security updates, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in on-call production support and batch processing activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting PeopleSoft 9.2, PeopleTools, PUM Images, Application Servers, Process Schedulers, and Web Servers.
  • Strong development experience with PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, BI Publisher, PS Query, SQL, and Integration Broker.
  • Experience with Oracle Database, WebLogic, Tuxedo, Java, Linux, Windows Server, SSL Certificates, clustering, load balancing, and failover.
  • Strong troubleshooting, system performance tuning, and environment management experience.
  • Ability to mentor team members and collaborate across infrastructure, development, and business teams.
  • Experience supporting enterprise HR, Financial, or ERP environments is highly preferred.
