Product & Agile Coach
Overview
Our client is transforming from a project-based delivery model to a product-centric organization. This role will help drive that transformation by coaching teams, embedding Product Management, Agile, and DevSecOps practices, and accelerating adoption of a Product Operating Model across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach teams transitioning from project delivery to product teams.
- Drive adoption of product thinking, Agile, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery practices.
- Guide teams on roadmaps, OKRs, backlog management, prioritization, and value measurement.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business leaders to improve collaboration and delivery.
- Develop and facilitate Agile/Product workshops and training.
- Help define product operating standards, governance, and best practices.
- Identify process improvements and drive continuous improvement across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Agile Delivery, Business Analysis, or Agile Coaching.
- Experience supporting organizations transitioning from project-based to product operating models.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe).
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Miro, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Agile or Product certifications (CSM, ICP-ACC, SPC, AIPMM, etc.).
- Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
