Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent)

Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills

Proficiency with Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Nice-to-Have Skills: Utility industry background, GIS Small World/Tensing experience, and IT project management/reporting expertise
Location: Hybrid role in Washington State (primary onsite in Bellevue, occasional travel to other sites)
