Overview

We are seeking an AI Platform Product Owner to lead the implementation, adoption, and ongoing evolution of an enterprise AI platform within a highly regulated financial services environment. This individual will play a critical role in driving platform adoption, defining business use cases, establishing governance processes, and ensuring organizational readiness across both technology and business teams.

This role is ideal for a Product Owner who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys building structure from the ground up, and can successfully bridge business, technology, and operational stakeholders to deliver measurable value from emerging AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and delivery plan for the platform implementation
• Define, document, and prioritize use cases that demonstrate early value for the credit union
• Lead change management efforts to drive adoption across technology and business teams
• Collaborate with engineering on Azure and Kubernetes-based deployment and container configuration
• Serve as the primary liaison between the VP, internal stakeholders, and the Shakudo platform team
• Build the intake process, governance framework, and feedback loops for ongoing platform use 

• Proven Product Owner experience in credit union, banking, or broader financial services — understanding of the regulatory and operational environment is essential
• Hands-on familiarity with Azure and containerized/Kubernetes environments (you don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to speak the language)
• Strong change management skills — this role is as much about people and adoption as it is about product
• Experience building use cases, writing requirements, and driving cross-functional alignment in ambiguous environments
• Comfort standing up net-new platforms with limited prior precedent — self-starter who can create structure where none exists
• Shakudo experience is a nice-to-have, not a requirement
