Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Operations
Location: Remote | Position Type: Full-Time

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll lead systems and process improvement projects in Operations with a focus on Service & Warranty, Quality, Procurement, and SIOP. What You’ll Do:

Act as a strategic partner between business and IT teams to design solutions that streamline operations

Lead configuration and support of SAP modules across global manufacturing and procurement functions

Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation

Manage small to mid-size IT projects, following best practices in project delivery

Support ongoing system enhancements and partner with internal and external teams
What You Bring:

7+ years of experience in IT or business analysis roles with strong operational understanding

Hands-on SAP expertise required—QM, MM, DMS, Service & Warranty, PP; SIOP and Ariba highly desired

Proven track record in business-IT collaboration and translating needs into technical solutions

Strong communication and leadership skills; experience working with global teams

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
