Role Overview: We are seeking a versatile Systems Administrator to join our laid-back, family-oriented team. This role requires a jack-of-all-trades with experience in core networking, VMware, data infrastructure, and Tier 3 support. Familiarity with Azure cloud and Intra ID is a plus, as we are expanding our cloud capabilities. You will play a key role in shaping the direction of our software and IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain core networking and VMware environments.
- Oversee data infrastructure and provide Tier 3 support.
- Assist in the transition to and maintenance of Azure cloud services.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless IT operations and support.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of new IT solutions and software.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in core networking, VMware, and data infrastructure.
- Strong Tier 3 support skills.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and Intra ID is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
