Job Description:
Skilled Technical PM with a focus on production support, managing technical teams to resolve incidents, optimize performance, and ensure system stability. Experienced in coordinating with cross-functional teams, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices for issue resolution. Strong background in root cause analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement of production environments.
- Lead production implementation of complex projects/initiatives impacting one or more lines of business or across Enterprise
- Act as delivery lead and plan/direct complex project schedules, monitor and report on project status
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical project manager experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years experience in Leading production implementation of complex projects/initiatives impacting one or more lines of business or across Enterprise
