Job Title: Senior Program Manager – Technology (Remote)
Reports to: Director, Program Management – Technology

Job Overview:
The Senior Program Manager – Technology leads large or multiple medium-complexity programs, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams. This role oversees program planning, budgeting, vendor management, and governance, ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Success requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and experience managing SaaS solutions and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead critical Technology programs aligned with company strategy.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define objectives and scope.
• Manage program activities, schedules, and cross-team dependencies.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and vendor management.
• Implement program governance, reporting, and risk management processes.
• Support agile methodologies and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Technology.
• 5+ years of program/project management experience.
• Proficiency in SaaS implementations and microservice-based architectures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Smartsheet.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP certification preferred.
